AI Creation Passport / Evidence-aware by design
A creation record should clarify what is known—not decorate what is uncertain.
Four different concepts
Related information must remain visibly separate.
- Creation Passport
- A structured record connecting a subject to available provenance, contributors, workflow, providers, declarations, and evidence.
- AI Production Score
- A declared and explainable description of AI involvement. It is not a quality grade or an automated trust score.
- Trust evidence
- Context that helps a reviewer evaluate claims. Evidence can be incomplete, disputed, superseded, or limited in scope.
- Certification
- A separate, scoped decision issued through an authorized review process. A passport never silently creates one.
Built from the work
The passport becomes useful because the creation journey stayed connected.
It can reference origin, responsible actors, project context, workflow, declared AI interactions, resource support, outputs, and supporting evidence without making those records public by default.
