Participation does not remove human responsibility.
These are development-phase product boundaries, not final public terms of service. Formal entity details, governing law, support contacts, and jurisdiction-specific provisions must be reviewed and published before public launch.
Human-directed use
Creators remain responsible for instructions, decisions, legality, safety, rights, and the claims they make. AI assistance is infrastructure and must not be represented as autonomous authorization.
Respect for other participants
Do not access another tenant’s work, upload malicious material, misrepresent identity or evidence, bypass review states, or use provider resources outside their stated conditions.
No implied certification or transaction
Draft passports, declared scores, internal reviews, provider support, listings, and test payment records do not by themselves constitute certification, legal approval, public availability, or a completed sale.
Pre-release availability
The current environment is under active development. Features may be incomplete or unavailable, but existing API authorization, audit, and data-integrity controls are not waived for testing convenience.
